HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

We advise you to take the measurements of a piece you already use to choose the size next to our table.

Each piece has its detailed measurement in the description, check it before making the purchase.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR CONFECTION?

Our pieces are produced on demand in a handmade way, so we need a period of 15 days for preparation before shipping. Our artisans work with great care and affection in each of them.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE?

The deadline will depend on the type of delivery chosen at the time of purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking code once we have shipped your product. If your deadline has expired and your product has not arrived, please contact us via email: [email protected]

I PUT MY INFORMATION WRONG, NOW WHAT?

If your address, email, telephone, or any other data was filled in wrongly in our register, please contact us by email: [email protected]

MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED, NOW WHAT?

If your order was made by credit card, the administrator has up to 24 hours to authorize the purchase. After confirmation, we proceed with the production steps. If it was made by bank slip, the deadline is 72 hours.
